Terms of Use
Radialday — paid iOS app · Last updated: September 2026. Complements Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
1. Provider and scope
Provider: A&C Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Hengsteyer Str. 41, 58099 Hagen, Germany. Email: info@a-c.solutions.
These terms apply to the iOS app Radialday (bundle ID app.radialday.tagesbogen) and to this website. They adapt our consumer software terms to a paid App Store listing. They do not apply to AzubiDocs or other products of the provider except where the same company identity is used.
2. Subject
Radialday is a 24-hour dial planner. The listing price is €0.99 once. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase, and no Pro/Free split. Purchase via the Apple App Store concludes a contract with Apple for the download; the provider licenses the app to you as described here and in Apple’s Licensed Application EULA (or Apple’s standard EULA if no custom EULA is attached in App Store Connect).
3. License
You receive a simple, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the app on Apple devices associated with your Apple ID, as permitted by the App Store rules. Reverse engineering is prohibited except where mandatory law allows it.
4. Optional account
The app works fully offline / on-device without an account. Sign in with Apple is only for multi-device sync of the dial. Accounts are not used for marketing.
5. Calendars
Calendar overlay is read-only via EventKit. Radialday does not write events back to your calendars.
6. Availability and changes
The local app does not require our servers. Optional sync depends on Apple and Google/Firebase availability. We may update the app through the App Store. We do not guarantee a particular outcome (for example productivity).
7. Withdrawal, refunds, Family Sharing
For App Store purchases, Apple’s withdrawal, refund, and Family Sharing rules apply. Direct refund requests to Apple. Digital content is supplied through Apple.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to typical foreseeable damage. The app is a planning tool, not a medical or safety device.
9. Privacy
Processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which is not part of this contract.
10. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding CISG. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. If you are a business, venue is Hagen, Germany. If a provision is invalid, the remainder stays in force.
