2. This website

The marketing and legal pages at https://www.a-c.solutions/radialday are static. We do not set tracking cookies, do not use a cookie banner, and do not load Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics, ads, or social pixels. No consent management platform.

The site is hosted by Vercel. When you load a page, the host necessarily processes connection data (IP address, time, requested URL, user agent) in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are not used to profile you.

3. The iOS app Radialday

Radialday is local-first. Your day lives in SwiftData on the iPhone. There are no ads, no tracking SDKs, no Crashlytics, and no analytics in the app.

3.1 Local data (no account required)

• Time blocks, templates, categories, and dial settings on-device (SwiftData)
• Widget snapshot in the App Group — local, not uploaded
• Live Activities — local, system UI
• Local notifications before a block or calendar event — on-device

Legal basis: performance of the app you purchased (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and storage on your device under your control.

3.2 Calendars (EventKit)

If you connect calendars, Radialday reads events through Apple EventKit and draws them on the dial. Events stay in the system calendar accounts (iCloud, Google, Exchange, etc. as configured in iOS). We do not copy calendar events to our servers. Calendar IDs are not synced to Firestore.

3.3 Optional Sign in with Apple + sync

An account is optional and never a paywall. If you choose Sign in with Apple, we receive an Apple user identifier and, if you share it, an email (Apple may provide a relay address). We use Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore only to sync your dial between devices: time blocks, templates, categories, and dial preferences.

Not synced: EventKit events, calendar IDs, notification permission, onboarding state, Live Activity state, widget files.

Legal basis: contract / requested service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Processor: Google Ireland Limited (Firebase). Data may be processed in the USA under Google’s contractual safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

3.4 Purchases

The one-time App Store price is charged by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple’s privacy policy applies to the store transaction.

4. Retention

Local data remains until you delete it or reset the app. Cloud sync data remains until you delete the account (in Settings) or email us. Server logs for this website are kept only as long as needed for operations and security.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For Radialday that is typically:

6. Children

The app is a general productivity tool, not directed at children. App Store age rating applies. We do not knowingly market to children.
